We have substantially amended and republished Practice note, Challenging secondary legislation by judicial review, co-authored by Charles Brasted and Andrew Heaton from Hogan Lovells International LLP, which analyses the legal grounds and procedure for challenging secondary legislation by judicial review. This had focused specifically on challenging Brexit-related secondary legislation made under the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018.
